How it works
You choose your pickup shop before you pay. We send your order there, COLL-8 emails you when it's ready, and you have 4 days to collect it.

Add what you want to your bag, then choose Click & Collect in your cart or at checkout.
Pick your shop
Search by Eircode or town and choose the drop2shop location that suits you. You'll see its opening hours before you decide.
Get your QR code
COLL-8 emails you a QR code, which is the key to picking up your parcel, and emails again when it's ready to collect.
Collect within 4 days
Show your QR code at the counter within 4 days of the ready-to-collect email. Staff scan it and hand over your parcel.
Find your nearest pickup point
Check which shops are near you before you order. You'll make your final choice in your cart or at checkout.
Enter an Irish Eircode or a town name to see your nearest collection points.
Handy when home delivery isn't
Pickup points are everyday local shops with long opening hours, so you can collect on the way home, on the school run, or at the weekend.

Where do I choose Click & Collect?
In your cart, choose Click & Collect and pick a shop. You can also choose Click & Collect from the delivery options at checkout. Your choice carries through from cart to checkout.
How will I know my parcel is ready?
COLL-8 emails you when your parcel has arrived at the shop and is ready to collect. Keep the QR code they send you: it's the key to picking up your parcel.
How long do I have to collect it?
4 days from the ready-to-collect email. Go to the shop you chose within that time with your QR code.
What do I need to bring?
Your QR code from COLL-8, on your phone or printed. Staff at the counter scan it and hand over your parcel.
Can I collect near work instead of home?
Yes. Search any Eircode or town and choose whichever shop suits you. It doesn't need to be near your delivery address.
Can I change my pickup shop after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll let you know if it can still be changed.
