RETURNS

We offer returns on all orders returned within 28 days of receipt. A pre-paid returns label is provided for all orders placed within the ROI and a charge of €3 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this service. You won't pay anything when sending back the parcel.

 The benefits of using the pre-paid label include:

• Quick and hassle free returns with no additional cost to return
• A flat fee allowing you to return more than one item or bulkier/heavier items
• Full track and trace on your return back to our warehouse in Dublin
• Your return is fully insured and covered (please make sure to keep your receipt from the post office as proof of postage)

You are however, fine to send back your return by your own means and in this case there will be no returns fee other than the expense of your own cost of postage.

Once returns are received, your refund will be issued within 7-10 working days. Please note that the refund transaction itself may take longer to appear back in your account - this delay is out of our control and depends on your bank and/or card issuer.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN VIA ANPOST

You will receive a peel off returns label with your order. Simply follow the instructions below:

 

1. Peel off the returns label at the bottom.

2. Place the returns label on your parcel.

3. Return your parcel at your local Post Point agent or An Post office.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from RAPHOE, however, we understand if this is not always the case. If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

Items returned after the 28 day period will not be accepted and resent back to the original delivery address.

Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume or smoke) will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address.

All orders are protected by a 28 Day Money­back Guarantee in accordance with the consumer legislation which is S.I 484/2013- European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013., this guarantees a full refund if the item is returned unused with tags still intact and in their original packaging or repackaged securely in replacement packing if unavailable. Please note that all refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days from the time your return has been received. 

Under distance selling regulation, purchases are protected by the right to cancel your contract with us.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price of the item/items less the returns fee of €3 will be credited when RAPHOE has received and processed your return and it passes inspection. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please be aware that return postage fees will not be deducted from your refund if the reason for the return of an item/s are due to an error on our part (faulty or incorrect item received). For cases whereby a customer places an order for one item, and needs to return it due to an error on our part then we will also refund original shipping costs.

Faulty item returns process: If a faulty item is received, please contact our Customer service department immediately for further instructions. Failure to contact us prior to returning a faulty item may result in issuing a standard refund as per our general returns policy.

UK & International returns:

All UK & International returns can be made within 28 days of receipt.

For returns from other all other countries please complete the returns form enclosed with your parcel and send it with your parcel to our below address. Customers must cover the cost of their own return postage as we do not provide pre-paid returns for orders made outside the Republic of Ireland. Goods should be returned via a traceable service to reach us on or before the return date (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers or proof of postage in case they are required).
